Turn onto A142 and head towards Ely
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A142, signposted Ely

Continue along Newmarket Road and turn right onto River Lane, signposted Isleham
Follow the road and at the crossroads by the Church go straight across onto Isleham Road
Continue along Isleham Road which becomes Fordham Road
Take the 1st left onto Hall Barn Road
Take the 2nd right onto Wells Business Park and Universal Garage will be directly opposite.
